Our Small Pet Cremations
Firstly, we are deeply sorry that the time has come to say your final farewell to your beloved pet. But we are here to offer support and make this difficult time a little more bearable and remove all worries and stress.
If you are bringing your pet to our premises, you will be greeted at the front door by a member of our friendly staff which will be on hand to help throughout, even if it’s a box of tissues or just a cup of tea. From then, you will be shown to our quiet room where you can take as long as you wish with your pet and say your goodbyes.
During this time you are welcome to browse our caskets and scatter tubes for ashes, if you have not chosen one already, or write a farewell message in our memorial book designated to our lost pets.
Our team take pride in reuniting owners with their pets efficiently and aim to have your ashes back to you within three days, often sooner.
On return of your ashes, you will receive your chosen casket or scatter tube along with a certificate of cremation which has your pets name and the date of the cremation on it. We also offer a clay pet paw print mould in a beautiful box pet photo frame for any client wishing to purchase this.
You will never be rushed during this process and each small pet cremations which we receive are treated with the upmost care and respect. During the hardest time of owning pets, we are here to help you through it.

We offer a 24-hour collection service from your home or veterinary practice. Our phones are answered day and night, whether it is to discuss the services we have to offer or arrange an appointment.
Being a small independent company, we ensure that all of our small pet cremation are done at our premises so you can rest assured that your pet will be treated with the respect and dignity which they deserve.
Your pets’ ashes will be ready within three working days and presented in either a casket with a name plaque or a scatter tube along with a certificate of Cremation, other options can be viewed on our Keepsakes Page.

Our price includes the collection of your pet within 25 miles of DN21 3DB plus VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Ashes can be returned to either your home or veterinary practice (this can be arranged at a small charge if requested).
