Would highly recommend Phil at Westfields pet cremation. I called at around 4am on the night Lucy sadly passed away and he was so patient and understanding. Would highly recommend Phil. As soon as we called he answered with such care and compassion and was here to collect our beautiful boy within half an hour. Absolutely wonderful man, who showed so much compassion and support and one of the most difficult times. I was in absolute pieces and he made everything as manageable as possible. Kept in constant contact and promised his priority was getting Storm home, true to his word he was back home within a few days, even making sure he came at a time my husband was home to make it easier for me. Whenever we suggested payment he told us to wait until it was all finalised. I could not ever thank Phil enough for the exceptional service at one of the most heartbreaking of times.
