Our beloved Poppy passed peacefully following a short illness at the grand age of 18.

Phoning Phil on a Saturday evening, I did not expect there was much we could do at the time. However, we had entrusted her to Phil within the hour. He was so respectful and gentle with her, giving us our final farewell in the chapel of rest.

Wonderful facilities and service, Westfields offer dignity and compassion in abundance. Poppy came home at 9am on the Monday morning, her ashes housed in a beautiful wooden casket with a plaque commemorating her name.

Yesterday we had to say good bye to our beloved Lola, the discussion was made over the weekend and we chose Phil to send her on her final journey.

From start to finish he has been amazing. Within 24hrs she is now at home with us once again. Thank you Phil

As soon as we called he answered with such care and compassion and was here to collect our beautiful boy within half an hour. Absolutely wonderful man, who showed so much compassion and support and one of the most difficult times. I was in absolute pieces and he made everything as manageable as possible. Kept in constant contact and promised his priority was getting Storm home, true to his word he was back home within a few days, even making sure he came at a time my husband was home to make it easier for me. Whenever we suggested payment he told us to wait until it was all finalised. I could not ever thank Phil enough for the exceptional service at one of the most heartbreaking of times.
